Randi Anderson visited our class today, as well as Jen and Jordan Nader, our son and daughter-in-law.
Our class decided to adopt the Food Pantry for the month of November. Jenny has agreed to coordinate the monthly project. (It will not include Thanksgiving baskets.) We will be sure the pantry is stock for the month. Money will be used from treasury ($500) and special offerings will be taken each week to defray the cost.
Please pray for the following needs:
Dan and Becky's son Robby is hoping for interviews for med school.
Debbie's friend Jonna, who had an operation and a tumor removed.
Janet's brother-in-law Michael, who has cancer.
Please pray for Becky and James as they make decisions regarding their mother Velma.
James brought us a lesson on humility today. Scripture reading was Luke 14 about the seat of honor.

Our class will be greeters are the following Sundays: 1/01/12, 4/01/12, 6/03/12, and 11/04/12. More details to follow.
